1. Collection of data
Registration for an account on this site requires only a valid e-mail address a name and password. Your data will not be sold to other entities for advertizing purposes. You will be required to provide further information when you sign up for a trip.
2. Use of Data
Your data will only be used to allow you to sign up for a trip through Phillps Travel Services. You may also receive email, snail mail, or phone calls relating to your account or to any trips that you sign up for if such contact is necessary due to cancellation, late payments, trip changes or other factors relating to your account.
The purpose of this site is for collection of information related to student tours. As a result, many of our customers may indeed be minors.
5. Editing or deleting your account information
You are provided with the ability to edit the information stored for your user account information during registration, by visiting your user account control panel. However, please be advised that doing so does not alter your status on any of your trips. You must contact your tour leader or Phillips Travel to change your status on any of your trips. You can request that your user account be deleted; to do so, please contact the site administrator.
Changes may be made to this policy from time to time, but we don't expect that you have read this far into the policy, let alone care about any changes we make to it. The main point is that we will not sell or distribute your data to anyone else. That will not change.
